The Corinthia Group is an established Maltese hotel chain with hotels scattered throughout Europe and the middle east. This tower was designed to be a mixed use building. A blend of residential units and a hotel and shopping mall.
La Taxonera, Barcelona
La Taxonera is a mixed use project involving a residential tower, offices on the first floor and a shopping mall on the ground floor and underlying levels. In the middle of the site is an old factory which was retained to keep the collective memory of the site alive.

The Dorado Beach club is a clubhouse designed to integrate with the external environment by bringing in the spectacular seaviews through large glazed apertures and a free plan offering sweeping vistas from restaurant, shop, lobby and all areas within the clubhouse.
Citizens´Office, Barcelona
Office building situated on a triangular plot in a pedestrian area, surrounded by three storey constructions from the last century. The building is conceived as a punctured skin wrapping around the structure.

This building is conceived as a merging of traditional passive cooling and thermal insulation techniques together with modern technologies that save energy at every step of the way. The result is a building with 7 different facades and an umbrella of processes and technologies.
